Kent County, DE
For the 2nd month of 2023, Kent County experienced a 25.7% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2022 and an 8.1% increase in the median sales price from $277,490 to $299,900. The number of homes that went under contract in the second month of 2023 decreased 30.7% from 2022.
Sussex County, DE
For the second month of 2023, Sussex County experienced a 28.8% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2022 and a 9.8% increase in the median sales price from $410,000 to to $450,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the 2nd month of 2023 decreased 19.1% from 2022.
Southern Chester County, PA
