New Castle County, DE

New Castle County experienced a 1.2% increase in the number of sold homes for the year 2024 compared to 2023, and a 6.2% increase in the median sales price from $335,000 to $355,900. The number of homes that went under contract in 2024 increased 4.0% from 2022.

 

Kent County, DE

For the year 2024, Kent County experienced a 4.5% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2023, and a 7.9% increase in the median sales price from $315,000 to $340,000. The number of homes that went under contract in 2024 decreased 1.9% from 2023.

 

Sussex County, DE

For the year 2024, Sussex County experienced a 8.6% increase in the number of sold homes compared to 2023, and a 0.4% increase in the median sales price from $450,000 to to $452,000. The number of homes that went under contract in 2024 increased 8.4% from 2023.

 

Southern Chester County, PA

Southern Chester County experienced a 4.3% decrease in the number of sold homes for the year 2024 compared to 2023, and a 3.8% increase in the median sales price from $530,000 to $550,000. The number of homes that went under contract in 2024 decreased 1.6% from 2023.

 

Cecil County, MD

For the year 2024, Cecil County experienced a 2.9% increase in the number of sold homes compared to 2023, and an 9.0% increase in the median sales price from $335,000 to $365,000. The number of homes that went under contract in 2024 decreased 2.4% from 2023.
